Restaurant Alouette do cuisine with respect for seasonality and nature. Fiskars launched a new kitchen-line with chefs knifes and cast iron for cooking. I fell in love with the combination of the raw sourrondings, the trashy building combined with the exclusive interior and the feeling you get when the door opens.
